Tom Levinson

Tom Levinson is an ITIL Certified professional with extensive experience in IT release and change management. Currently serving as the PTC Release Manager at Metra Commuter Rail since August 2020, Tom oversees the release management process for the PTC program. Prior to this, Tom worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions US Corporation as a DevOps-Portfolio Release Manager, orchestrating deployment plans for a national health insurance client. Tom's earlier positions include managing change and release processes at Aptar, where responsibilities included conducting change advisory board meetings, maintaining communication systems, and negotiating software contracts. Tom's career began at Arthur Andersen Worldwide and Arthur Andersen & Co., focusing on network and systems administration. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts from Rock Valley College and a Bachelor of Business in Information Management from Western Illinois University.
