Sam Bala

Sam Bala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT services and customer success across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success & Services at MetricStream, Sam has held several key leadership positions including Vice President of Product Delivery and Vice President of Professional Services at MetricStream and WaveMaker, Inc., respectively. Previous roles also include Information Technology Consultant at BMO Harris Bank, Director of IT Services at Dell, General Manager at IBM, and Director of Global Services at Siebel Systems, leading large-scale projects and initiatives in numerous geographic markets. Sam holds an MBA in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
