Scott Jordan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) advisory. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Americas at MetricStream since March 2025, Scott oversees the Americas portfolio, establishes strategic directions, and defines key performance indicators. Prior to MetricStream, Scott held leadership roles at SoHo Dragon and Archer Experts, LLC, where responsibilities included managing GRC practices and driving business development. Significant previous positions include Vice President at Stroz Friedberg, Manager at Deloitte and KPMG, and various roles at RSA, where Scott focused on risk management and business resilience. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Technical Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University.
