Metris is a specialist consultancy helping ambitious, high-growth businesses thrive through moments of change and leverage leadership, teamwork and culture for commercial success. Collaborating with senior business leaders and investor portfolios.

Our mission is to grow your competitive advantage. Partnering with us equips your business with the leadership capacity, teamwork skills and cultural alignment to successfully deliver, at pace and under pressure. We’ve helped founders become effective CEOs. We’ve built teams powering business growth and helped shape cultures from vague to value-driving across a diverse range of sectors, from life sciences, defence tech and AI start-ups to broadcasting, energy, and pharmaceuticals. We are trusted, integral advisors.

Founded in 2011, Metris is led by Suzie Kellett and Dan Simmons who share a unique combination of skills drawn from the UK’s elite Special Air Service (SAS), emergency medicine, performance psychology and business. We have handpicked a group of associates with an exceptional depth and range of experience as leaders in their field. This means that we can always match the right specialist to your business’s culture and needs.

Whatever your current situation, challenge, or opportunity, we are always keen to hear from interesting people and their businesses. Please do call us for a chat or drop us an email.
