Clare Chai

Clare Chai has extensive experience in market research and insights, having served as Project Director at Synovate from 2002 to 2007, and then as Associate Director at Added Value until 2012. Following that, Clare held the position of Executive Director at WisdomAsia from January 2012 to September 2016, and later became Head of Insight at Miaozhen Systems from August 2017 to August 2018. Clare transitioned to MetrixLab, initially as Senior Client Director and then as Managing Director, holding the latter role until August 2017. Clare Chai furthered professional education at the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education, earning a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication between 2013 and 2014.
