Hayley Shockledge

Hayley Shockledge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market research, project management, and process improvement. Currently serving as the European Process Director at MetrixLab since December 2016, Hayley leads a team of 15 Process Managers, developing training materials, guidelines, and supporting efficiency improvements across large market research programs. Previous roles at MetrixLab include Product Owner and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing product visions, digital developments, and stakeholder communications. Hayley’s career began with experience at Kadence International, We Brand It, Tesco Stores Ltd, and Team Spirit Event Management Limited, ultimately earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The University of Huddersfield in 2014.
