Wendy Boonstra

Wendy Boonstra is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at MetrixLab since August 2021. Prior to this role, Wendy served as an Agile Coach at Nationale-Nederlanden Nederland B.V. from June 2018 to August 2021 and spent a decade at Delta Lloyd in various capacities, including Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Business Consultant. Wendy's project experience includes significant initiatives such as Klant in Actie and Straight Through Processing at Delta Lloyd, as well as Procesontwerp and SEPA-related projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Beleids- en Organisatiewetenschappen from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in International Financial Studies and Law from NHL Hogeschool. Wendy also holds a certification in International Studies, Finance, and Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
