Ben Hedstrom

Ben Hedstrom is a seasoned professional in park planning with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Park Planner at Metro since October 2017, Ben previously held positions as a Construction Project Manager and Park Planner at the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department from January 2013 to September 2017. Ben also gained valuable experience during an internship at GreenWorks PC in June 2011. Earlier work includes a role as a Case Switcher at Amoeba Music from January 2000 to June 2002. Ben's educational background includes a Master of Landscape Architecture from Cornell University, earned between 2009 and 2012, and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor's degree in English at San Francisco State University, alongside an earlier education at San Ramon Valley High School from 1994 to 1997.
