Robert Cotterell

Robert Cotterell serves as the Human Resources Training and Development Program Manager at Metro since July 2016, where responsibilities include leading organization-wide learning programs for over 1,600 employees and managing a comprehensive course catalog. Prior to this, Robert worked at Multnomah Athletic Club from August 2014 to July 2016, progressing through various roles, ultimately becoming the Evening Manager and fostering a collaborative environment. Robert's career initiated in the United States Marine Corps, where between June 2003 and May 2013, leadership was demonstrated through the coordination of international airfield maintenance programs and the delivery of program updates to senior leadership. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
