Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar is currently the Lead for Threat Hunting and Intelligence at METRO AG, where they focus on enhancing the organization's cyber defense capabilities. They served as a Cyber Security Engineer/Architect at Honeywell from 2020 to 2023 and worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini from 2017 to 2020. Hemant also held the position of Cyber Threat Investigator at 7-Eleven Global Solution Center – India from 2023 to 2025, where they led incident response and developed Threat Intelligence strategies. Hemant earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Nitte Institute of Technology in Bangalore from 2013 to 2017.
