Malte Hendriksen is currently working as the Head of Corporate Media & Branding Activities at METRO AG since September 2020. Prior to this, Malte held the title of Head of Branding & Publishing, Internal Communication & Events at CECONOMY AG (formerly METRO AG) from April 2015 to November 2019. With a background in communications and project management, Malte has also worked as a Senior Advisor at fischerAppelt, and as a Manager of Corporate & Marketing Communications at GS1 Germany GmbH. Malte holds a Master of Arts & Sciences in Studies of Arts & Culture from Maastricht University and a degree in European Studies from Universität Osnabrück.
