Eric R. La Flèche

Mr. La Flèche has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 2008. Employed by the Company since 1991, he has held several management positions , including that of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 in 2008. Mr. La Flèche holds a bachelor's degree in civil law from the University of Ottawa and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. He is a director and member of the Human Resources Committee of the Bank of Montreal. In 2020, Mr. La Flèche won the title of “CEO of the Year” from the Financial Post and is notably involved with several charitable organizations, in particular Centraide du Greater Montreal and the Montreal Neurological Institute.
