Simon Delorme, CRIA, possesses extensive experience in labor relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Labor Relations for Quebec at Metro Inc. since July 2017. Prior roles include positions as Director and Manager of Labor Relations at Metro Inc., Labor Relations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Metro, Simon worked as a Senior Labor Relations Consultant for the City of Montreal and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aimia Inc. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Technician degree in Industrial Engineering from CÉGEP Lionel-Groulx.
