Simone Gonsalves

Simone Gonsalves serves as the Stakeholder Relations & Event Coordinator at the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario, where responsibilities include managing the member database, enhancing client relations, and coordinating significant events such as the Local Artisan Marketplace and Tourism Day. Previously, as a Special Projects Coordinator, Simone delivered impactful presentations on the labour crisis and successfully managed numerous workshops and programs to promote tourism in the province. In addition to this experience, Simone has worked at Metro Inc. since 2015 as a Deli Clerk, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to store performance. Simone holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Administration from Centennial College and has studied at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
