Our Services

We offer a range of specialized services designed to support adults in their mental health and independent living journeys:

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS): We provide psychosocial and mental health services with a special focus on refugee and immigrant populations from Sub-Saharan Africa.

Relocation Coordination and Transitional Services: We assist eligible nursing facility residents in locating and transitioning to housing in the community by putting the necessary supports in place.

Independent Living Skills (ILS): Our program helps adults with mental health or behavioral issues living in their homes or foster care settings by providing tailored services that fit their family culture and personal needs.

Housing Access Coordination (HAC): As a waiver service, HAC helps people plan for, find, and move to homes of their own. It is a person-centered service that provides staff assistance based on results.
