Dan Morgenstern

Dan Morgenstern is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation and commercial law. They served as an attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from 2011 to 2018, followed by a role as Senior Counsel - Litigation at The Dow Chemical Company from 2018 to 2022, where they managed complex litigation matters. Dan then transitioned to Senior Counsel - Commercial Law at Dow, providing legal support for major decarbonization and sustainability projects until 2025. Currently, Dan is the General Counsel at Metro Elevator. Dan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law.
