Paul Madden is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the elevator industry. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Metro Elevator since January 2026, Paul previously held the position of Senior Director of Finance for the East Region at TK Elevator from May 2024 to December 2025. Prior to this, Paul spent over 16 years at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.), where roles included Program Director, Area Finance Controller, Area Finance Manager, District Manager, Region Finance Manager, and Assistant to the CEO. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA in Finance, Risk Management, and Real Estate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
