Metro Financial and Commercial Investments Holding Inc. ( Metro Mali ve Ticari Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş) founded in 1977 and operates under Holding status since 2010. Holding and Group Companies are mainly conducting business in tourism, energy, construction, food, information technologies, investment and mining sectors both in national and international markets. Metro Group has more than 6500 employees and 6 publicly traded companies which traded in İstanbul Stock Exchange.  

Some of the main companies of the group are as follows; METRO TURİZM; operates with more than 1400 coach buses and carries yearly 24.000.000 passengers mainly in Turkey, AVTER; operates 8 Intercity Bus Terminals including Turkey’s biggest Bus Terminal, İstanbul Intercity Bus Terminal, MEPET; operates with 80 Main Roadside Recreation Facilities and 26 Gas Stations in Turkey and will start operating two new Roadside Recreation Facility in Saudi Arabia with 300.000 m2 area and potential of serving  18 millions people in 2017, METRO TRAVEL which is one of the important player in tourism sector in Turkey.
