Andy Lloyd

Andy Lloyd is an experienced company director and mining executive currently serving as a Director at Metro Mining Ltd, a bauxite producer based in Cape York. They are the past Foundation Chair of Jabiru Kabolkmakmen Ltd, facilitating the transition of Jabiru into an Indigenous-led tourism and government service center. Andy has held several leadership roles, including a founding Director of Developing East Arnhem Ltd, and has served on multiple ASX 200 Boards, showcasing a strong background in corporate governance. They are an Honorary Life Member of the Energy Policy Institute of Australia and have extensive experience in energy and climate policy, resource project development, and strategic planning. Andy is also a Graduate of the Australian Company Directors Course and a Fellow of the AICD.
