Diego Rodriguez

Diego Rodriguez is the Chief Security Officer at Specialized, a role they assumed in 2025 to address evolving security challenges. Based in Plano, Texas, Diego brings over 35 years of high-level security and law enforcement experience, including previous positions as Vice President of Security at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Chief Global Security Officer at Univision Communications, Inc. Additionally, Diego served over 26 years with the FBI, culminating in leadership roles such as Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas Field Office and Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office. They received a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Education from St. John's University and are currently pursuing further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
