Harrell Smith

Harrell Smith, CHS III, is currently the Director of National Accounts - Retail at Metro One LPSG. They have extensive experience in security management, having served as the Director of Security at Valor Security from 2009 to 2014 and as a Regional Manager in Retail with Allied Universal from 2017 to 2023. Harrell retired from the U.S. Army as Chief Warrant Officer III in 2004, where they were responsible for the physical security of nuclear weapons sites. Additionally, they spent over a decade with the Grand Rapids Police Department as an FBI Task Force Officer and Homicide Detective. Harrell is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice while holding multiple certifications in homeland security and law enforcement.
