Kelli Springfield

Kelli Springfield is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic talent management and HR leadership. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Metro One LPSG since May 2022, Kelli previously held the position of HR Director at Raptor Technologies, LLC, and VP of Human Resources at Lockton Dunning Benefits Associates. Kelli's earlier roles at CompuCom included Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed international HR leadership for a workforce of 12,000, and developed key programs such as the Leadership Academy. Kelli's career also features HR management positions at Maersk Group and West Corporation, focusing on employee relations and recruitment.
