Stephen Mares

Stephen Mares is currently the Organized Retail Crime Investigations Manager at Metro One LPSG, where they have been since 2023. They bring extensive experience in organized retail theft investigations, having worked in various roles since 2015 and previously as an Asset Protection Specialist at Fry's Food and Drug from 2013 to 2023. Stephen's background includes a range of positions in the retail industry, starting from courtesy clerk to assistant manager, and they have been involved in multiple training initiatives to reduce shrinkage. Educated at Higley High School, they earned a high school diploma in 2007.
