Michael D. Epp is currently the Director of Housing Planning and Development at Metro Vancouver, where responsibilities include leading the development of new housing opportunities and formulating housing policy to support regional municipalities. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Planning and City Planner for the City of North Vancouver, managing a team dedicated to long-range and current planning. In past roles at the Town of Gibsons, Michael held various positions including Municipal Planner and Planning and Sustainability Consultant, focusing on long-range planning and environmental policy development. Additional experience includes community planning for the Pratt Center for Community Development, as well as entrepreneurial ventures in media and recycling. Michael D. Epp holds a Masters of Science in Urban Planning from Pratt Institute and various other degrees and certifications related to urban studies and planning.
