Sharone Small

Sharone Small is the Director of Real Estate at Metro West Collaborative Development, where they lead projects to enhance community development. Previously, Sharone held the position of Senior Project Manager at Urban Edge and gained extensive project management experience across various roles, including as Project Manager and Associate Project Manager. Sharone has also interned with notable organizations such as the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and the Connecticut Department of Transportation, contributing to research and analysis in urban planning and transportation. They hold a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
