Henry Eze

Henry Eze is a dedicated professional with significant experience in customer service and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Calcot Services for Children since September 2023, Eze has also worked at Metro Bank (UK) as a Customer Service Representative since July 2018, where responsibilities included resolving customer issues and enhancing customer loyalty. Prior to these roles, Eze was a Warehouse Operative at Staffline Recruitment Limited and held multiple positions at Diamond Bank Plc, including Relationship Officer, Sales and Service Officer, and Personal Banking Officer. Eze holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ebonyi State University.
