Simon Webb

Simon Webb currently serves as the Head of Operational Resilience at Metro Bank (UK) since August 2020, overseeing the design and implementation of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity programs. Prior to this role, Simon spent eight years at Expense Reduction Analysts – EMEA focusing on business expense reduction and procurement services. Simon's earlier career includes significant military experience with the Royal Air Force, serving as a Staff Officer and RAF Officer in various capacities, including aerospace battle management and training. Simon also held a position as an RAF Exchange Officer with the Royal Navy. Simon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Staffordshire, along with a BA (Hons) in Accounting from Bournemouth University and completed initial officer training at the Royal Air Force College Cranwell.
