Alex Soley is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong history of leading HR teams in the public sector. They served as the Human Resources Manager for Red Lake Municipality from 2013 to 2018, where they oversaw HR and Health and Safety functions and developed key programs. Alex was a Seminar Leader and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University from 2019 to 2020, and has held various roles, including Employee & Labour Relations Manager at Metrolinx since 2024. They are currently a Masters candidate at the Center of Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto.
