Eric Melo has accumulated extensive experience in network and desktop support, currently serving as a Network Support Analyst at Metrolinx since July 2017, providing critical support for a major 24/7 facility. Previously, Eric worked as a Desktop Support Analyst where involvement in a company-wide Hardware Refresh Project included imaging computers and deploying software through Active Directory and SCCM. Prior experience as a Computer Technician at Renewed Computer Technology involved adjusting and repairing computer systems, and earlier work as a Department Manager at No Frills Supermarket included managing product orders and inventory control. Eric holds a diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from George Brown College and a diploma from Bloor Collegiate Institute.
