Farsheed Bagheri

Farsheed Bagheri has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and geotechnical engineering. Farsheed started their career at Toronto Inspection Ltd. as a Project Engineer in December 2005 and worked there until April 2007. Farsheed then joined Coffey Geotechnics as a Project Engineer in 2007 and worked there until November 2008. Farsheed then joined Inspec Sol and worked as a Project Manager until February 2013, when they moved to Hatch Mott MacDonald-Metrolinx and served as a Project Manager for about a year. Farsheed then transitioned to SNC-Lavalin, where they held the role of Assistant Director-Geotechnical Engineering-Ontario from April 2014 to August 2018. Farsheed then joined GHD as an Associate in August 2018, where they later became the Senior Lead - Geotechnical Engineering until October 2021. Currently, Farsheed Bagheri is working at Metrolinx as the Engineering Principal - Tunnels and Underground Structures, a position they have held since October 2021.

Farsheed Bagheri has a Master of Applied Science (MASc.) in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from Lassonde School of Engineering - York University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc. Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Azad University. Farsheed also holds the certification of Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) from PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario), which they obtained in 2008.
