Glen Johnstone

Glen Johnstone, P.Eng MBA PMP serves as the Vice President of Maintenance Delivery for Heavy and Light Rail at Metrolinx since October 2023, leading strategic initiatives to ensure the safety and reliability of transit operations across multiple assets. Prior to this role, Glen was a Principal Project Manager at Hatch from September 2018 to October 2023 and held various significant positions at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) from 2001 to 2018, including Senior Manager of Subway Infrastructure Operations and Manager of Subway & SRT Track. Glen's career is characterized by a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in maintenance and rehabilitation processes within rail and transit environments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University and an MBA in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton, complemented by several professional certificates in management and asset operations.
