Ian Sutherland has extensive experience in management and customer service roles, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Protection Services at Metrolinx since July 2019. Sutherland has held several positions within Metrolinx, including Manager of Revenue Protection and Team Lead for Revenue Protection. Prior to this, Sutherland was a Supervisor of Event Security at MLSE from November 2016 to October 2021 and worked at eHealth Ontario from April 2005 to August 2017 as a Senior Deployment Support Officer, where responsibilities included supervising network provisioning operations. Sutherland's career began as a Software & Electronics Account Manager at Dell Canada from August 2002 to April 2005, excelling in client service and sales performance. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Humber College, a Commerce degree from Carleton University, and a General Arts and Science Diploma from George Brown College.
