Jaclyn Parent

Jaclyn Parent currently serves as the Manager of Cyber Vulnerability at Metrolinx since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jaclyn amassed over 13 years of experience in various positions with the Ontario Government, including Senior I&IT Project Manager for Cyber Protection Strategy and Senior Business Analyst within multiple divisions. Earlier career experiences include positions at Research In Motion as a Usability Analyst and Software Support Specialist, TD Bank as an Intranet Content Lead, and the City of Toronto in roles such as Web Editor and Business Analyst. Jaclyn also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant in Web Publishing at Centennial College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Windsor, complemented by a certificate from Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at Toronto Metropolitan University.
