Jason Ryan

Jason Ryan serves as the Executive Vice President of Pre-Construction Services at Metrolinx, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership across multiple business units to ensure the successful delivery of transit infrastructure throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Previous roles at Metrolinx include Vice-President and Director of Environmental Programs and Assessment, where Jason Ryan focused on managing environmental assessments, stakeholder relationships, and risk mitigation for projects like Regional Express Rail. With a foundational career at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change, Jason Ryan brings extensive experience in environmental oversight and project coordination, complemented by an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
