Jeff Garkowski, MCIP, RPP, is a Senior Manager, Third-Party Coordination for the Yonge North Subway Extension who utilizes a diverse skill set in sustainability and collaborative planning. With experience as a Senior Planner and Project Manager at Lura Consulting, Jeff has led various community engagement and planning projects across Ontario. They are a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario and a full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. Currently, Jeff is pursuing a Master of Environmental Studies in Planning at York University and has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management from the University of Toronto.
