John Kim

John Kim is an experienced professional in property appraisal and real estate financing, currently serving as a Senior Property Officer - Appraiser at Metrolinx since May 2022. Additionally, John has been an Ontario Mortgage Agent at Level Real Estate Solutions Ltd. since January 2018, where responsibilities include assessing client needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions. As a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Exclusive Property Appraisals since October 2013, John performs asset valuations and fosters client relationships while mentoring junior staff. Prior to this, John held various marketing roles at Rogers Communications from 2008 to 2013, including Marketing Manager for Quarterly Planning and Regional Strategy.
