John Lanthier

John Lanthier currently serves as the Director of Advertising and Commercial Revenue at Metrolinx, a position held since January 2022, after a previous role as Manager in the same department. Prior to Metrolinx, John worked at the City of Richmond Hill as Manager of Media and Brand Partnerships. Experience also includes serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Union Marketing, a creative agency focused on unions, and as Product Manager for Sales Systems at Broadview Software. Additional roles include teaching assistantship at DeGroote School of Business, Director of Development Strategy at WE, and National Sales Manager at Pelmorex Media/The Weather Network. Early career positions include Senior Manager at rogenSi and Director of Sales for Corus Entertainment's Kids TV Division, as well as Account Manager at The Globe and Mail. John holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a BA in Political Science from Carleton University.
