Jordan Stein

Jordan Stein is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in railway operations and emergency response. Since January 2015, Jordan has served as an Operations Controller at Metrolinx, focusing on the safe and efficient operation of railway services. Prior to this role, Jordan worked at CN Rail as a Rail Traffic Controller, where responsibilities included coordinating freight and passenger train movements and ensuring effective planning and scheduling. Earlier experience includes positions as a Project Coordinator at Cleanol Restoration, where Jordan managed emergency response situations, and as Warehouse/Operations Manager at ServiceMaster Restoration, overseeing disaster restoration operations and team management. Jordan holds a Post-Diploma Certificate in Human Resources Management from Confederation College and a Bachelor's degree in History from Algoma University.
