Malcolm MacKay is currently the Program Sponsor for the Ontario Line at Metrolinx and previously served as the Project Director for the Relief Line South at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). Prior to these roles, they were a Senior Project Manager at Delcan Corporation from 2013 to 2018 and a Project Manager at AECOM from 1986 to 2012. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, which they completed in 1985.
