Mariam Alper is an accomplished project manager and lean management specialist with diverse experience in the rail and automotive industries. At DB Regio, Mariam led process analysis and optimization for wheelset demand planning. Following that role, Mariam provided PMO support at DB InfraGO, developing tools for resource planning and optimizing project methodologies. Currently, Mariam manages the development of system integration deliverables for a major rail infrastructure project at Metrolinx, coordinating cross-functional teams. Previous experience includes supporting retail sales at Mercedes-Benz AG and conducting market analysis during a bachelor thesis at Continental. Mariam holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Business Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
