Mike Derry

Mike Derry serves as the Director of Engineering & Asset Management for Stations & Facilities and the Director of Real Estate Management at Metrolinx since December 2010. With extensive experience managing a real estate portfolio valued at over $2 billion and a Realty Portfolio operating budget of $65 million, Derry has successfully reorganized and expanded team functionalities, resulting in enhanced collaboration and customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Metrolinx included Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate and various management positions focusing on property management and leasing. Derry's career began at Hydro One Networks Inc. as a Real Estate Assistant, followed by a position at Ontario Realty Corporation as an Information Coordinator. Derry holds a BA in Geography from the University of Guelph.
