Moin Khan

Moin Khan is a seasoned construction manager currently leading the Capital LRT infrastructure project at Metrolinx since February 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing design and construction in a complex urban environment. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, serving as Area Manager and Senior Project Engineer/Manager from January 2010 to February 2023, where infrastructure design projects were managed. Earlier roles involved managing design packages and project coordination as a Design Manager/Team Leader at Parsons and serving as a Senior Project Engineer at MMM Group. Moin Khan began the professional journey as a Highway Design Engineer at EA Consulting (PVT) Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from NED University of Engineering and Technology, obtained from 1988 to 1993.
