Sally Collins possesses over 26 years of experience in the transport industry, having worked in both the UK and Canada. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Railtrack, progressing to roles such as Assistant Signalling Manager and Area Performance Manager, where they focused on operational efficiency and performance improvements. Currently, they are the Operations Director - Readiness Lead at Mace Canada, overseeing critical operational readiness initiatives. Additionally, they serve as the Scope and Readiness Director for Metrolinx on the Scarborough Subway Extension. Sally holds a 2:1 degree from Middlesex University.
