Stefanie de Adder

Stefanie De Adder is a seasoned professional in human resources and sustainability with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Policy & Programs at Metrolinx since September 2024, Stefanie oversees strategic planning, policy governance, change management, and the ethics framework. Prior roles include Senior Lead of HR Strategy, Policy and Planning at Metrolinx, and Manager of Strategy, Insights & Planning at the City of Toronto, where Stefanie transformed customer service delivery. Additional experience includes managerial positions at QuadReal Property Group and Bentall Kennedy, focusing on customer experience and sustainability, respectively. Stefanie holds a Master's degree in Environment & Sustainability and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Western University.
