True Kent is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR business partnerships, workforce planning, and analytics. Currently holding the position of Director at Metrolinx since May 2023, True Kent leads a team in delivering effective HR strategies and services while overseeing workforce analytics to drive organizational success. Previous roles include Sr Manager of HR Business Partnership and Manager of Corporate Initiatives at Ontario Public Service Leadership, where True Kent utilized workforce analytics to inform executive decision-making and align workforce strategies with organizational goals. With a background in strategic resource management, True Kent has effectively advised senior leadership, managed complex organizational reviews, and implemented comprehensive resource management strategies. Educational credentials include a Human Resources Management degree from George Brown College, a Masters Certificate in Public Sector Leadership from Schulich School of Business, and an Honours degree in Health Sciences from Western University.
