Zar Hakime has a diverse professional background with experience in customer care, community engagement, and resource strategy. At Metrolinx from September 2016 to May 2017, Zar held multiple titles, including Customer Care Coordinator, PRESTO Ambassador, Manager and Senior Advisor, and Community Relations & Issues Specialist. Prior experience at YWCA Toronto as an Intern in the Philanthropy Department further enriched Zar's skill set.
