Ken Horner

Ken Horner is a seasoned Business Management Consultant with extensive experience across various companies since 2014. Currently consulting for Dumas Contracting Ltd., Metron Farnier, and SmartCover, among others, Ken specializes in mapping business processes to enhance workflow and identifying opportunities for improvement to align with customer needs. Prior to consulting, Ken held the position of Senior Project Manager at Enbala Power Networks. Ken holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Niagara College, completed between 1986 and 1988.
