Edward Lee

Edward Lee is a highly experienced professional in the fields of mathematics and computer science, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Metron, Inc. since June 2020, where research focuses on AI and optimization for government applications. Prior to this role, Edward Lee worked at the United States Department of Defense from July 2009 to June 2020 as an Applied Research Mathematician, concentrating on software development for signals analysis, cryptography, and computer networking. Edward Lee's academic background includes a postdoctoral fellowship at University College Cork and a position as a VIGRE Assistant Adjunct Professor at UCLA. Edward Lee holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Harvard University, where graduate studies were completed between 1999 and 2005, and also received a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
