April Freeman, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in administrative support and talent acquisition, beginning as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the University of Southern Indiana, where responsibilities included overseeing the Employee Handbook. Subsequently, April took on roles such as Games Director at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari, managing daily operations and budgeting for the Games department. At SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, April served as a Consumer Marketing Representative and Brand Ambassador Supervisor, focusing on marketing initiatives and operational performance. Experience also includes serving as a Staffing Specialist and later a Direct Hire/Perm Placement Recruiter at Manpower Inc., facilitating connections between businesses and highly qualified job seekers.
