Jonathan Karavos, MCIP RPP, currently serves as Director of Development at Metropia since September 2017, where previous roles included Development Manager and Development Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Development Coordinator at HBNG Holborn Group from May 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities involved coordinating with consultants for development applications and managing the clearance of Draft Plan conditions. Additionally, Jonathan worked as an Assistant Planner and Assistant Site Supervisor at Premier Landscaping & Design Inc from May 2006 to December 2011, overseeing several award-winning projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Jonathan holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
